At the end of each calendar month, you’ll receive a comprehensive PDF report via email. This includes detailed insights into your rankings, on-site optimizations, backlink performance, and organic traffic trends.

We offer a 7-day free trial to give you a clear understanding of how our service works. During this period, we prepare your keyword recommendations, create a tailored optimization plan, and deliver a custom-written article for your business.

You can begin your free trial by selecting a plan here. Once selected, you’ll be prompted to complete a brief onboarding form where we’ll ask for your website URL, along with any content or keyword preferences you’d like us to consider.

After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation message in your inbox. You’re welcome to reply directly to that thread with any additional details.

From there, our team will activate your trial and deliver your keyword recommendations, optimization plan, and custom article within a few days.

Keep in mind, some flagged items may not be actual issues. This often happens due to certain plugins (especially on WordPress) or unique configurations from your website builder. If anything looks off but isn’t a real concern, we’ll clarify that for you.

For local businesses, we’ll also audit your Google Business Profile. This optimization is typically quick and is usually completed within a day.

Please note: We only secure backlink placements on English-language websites. We’re unable to conduct outreach in non-English markets (e.g., if your business is based in Thailand but there are no English-language sites relevant to your niche, outreach may be limited).

Our outreach process only works when your site is being actively optimized and publishing fresh content. That’s why we don’t provide backlinks as a standalone service.

If you’re following Google’s guidelines, backlinks can’t be purchased or done in isolation. Providers offering backlinks without content or optimization are typically relying on paid placements or artificial site networks commonly known in the SEO world as PBNs (Private Blog Networks). We don’t use them and we strongly advise against it.

This approach offers several key advantages:

  • Timely publishing and site optimization are essential. We’ll need your support in keeping things on schedule.

Quantity

The more content we publish, the more outreach opportunities we can pursue on your behalf. Please note that we do not guarantee a specific number of backlinks, as all outreach is done manually and organically—we do not purchase links or use private networks. Because this is based on real publisher relationships, the number of placements may vary from month to month due to factors outside our control.

Estimated monthly range:

  • Standard acquires 3 to 4 links per month.
  • Advanced acquires 6 to 8.
  • Corporate acquires 12 to 16.

Backlinks typically begin appearing around month 2 or 3. While we aim to get them live as quickly as possible, timing can vary depending on external factors—such as publisher schedules, content updates, your website’s optimization status, and whether our blog content has gone live.

Once a link is live, we’ll notify you immediately through our Majestic integration, a trusted backlink tracking platform.

If you’re seeking a sustainable, white-hat backlink strategy, we’re a great fit.

How does your pricing work?

We charge purely based on work output. If you're just starting out, then we have a service structure that works great for you. Similarly, if you're a large organization, we have a service structure that scales with you.

Are there any contracts?

Unless you want one, no. Everything we offer is month to month. We feel that this is very important for trust and transparency purposes. We only retain you as a client if we do great work.

Are there any discounts?

We provide a 20% discount if you pay upfront for the year. If you'd like that, please get in touch with us to sort an invoice.

Can i be billed in my local currency?

Yes, if you pay upfront for 3, 6 or 12 months. If you need this and it isn't immediately available on your account, please let us know and we will set your account to be your local preferred currency. If not, we charge in USD.
